Requirements: Windows 10 or 11. Windows XP is not supported; 7 may be possible with installation of .NET libraries, but is not recommended. There is no Mac version, but emulators work. Ample memory is needed for large models, and a big screen is helpful for productivity (not only for Ventity).
PLEASE NOTE: License and download instructions will be emailed to you, so you must provide a valid email address. There are intermittent problems with free email domains like Yahoo and Hotmail; if you have problems you might try an address on another domain, or contact us.

Troubleshooting
This system is automated. If you do not receive an email, it’s probably due to one of the following reasons:
- It was delivered, but is in your spam/bulk email folder.
- You entered your email address incorrectly.
- Our emails are being blocked by your servers. You will need to contact your IT administrator or ISP to fix this, we cannot help.
- You did not tick the box above titled “please check this box”.
- Browser issues. Try a different browser.
